Emergency Trauma & Industrial Injury

In emergencies, decisions must be fast and accurate. I stabilise airway, breathing and circulation, control bleeding and splint fractures. When required, we use external fixation as a damage-control bridge, then proceed to definitive fixation once the patient is optimised.

My team coordinates with emergency medicine, anaesthesia, ICU, plastic surgery and neurosurgery as needed. We also guide corporate/industrial cases on documentation and safe return-to-work pathways. Family counselling is continuous, respectful and clear.

Priority hierarchy is simple: life, limb, then long-term function.
